WinePop began with one small, specific idea: popcorn is the most underrated thing you can put next to a glass of wine. Salt against acid, butter against oak, sweet against bubbles. Done properly it is a tasting, not a snack.
That pairing is the entry point. The business is the occasion it creates. An ordinary Tuesday becomes something worth putting your phone down for. A birthday becomes a tasting instead of a dinner reservation. A gift becomes a night rather than an object.
Stay in. A five-part popcorn flight built to run sparkling through dessert, made small-batch in our own bags, alongside the pairing guide that lives on this site and the Cozy Night In beauty collection: a glow oil, a whipped body butter, a lip gloss and a wood-wick candle that smells like brown butter and a glass of red.
Stay in, on repeat. WinePop Club, a wine and lifestyle membership: a boutique bottle, the popcorn made to go with it, and a beauty or lifestyle piece, delivered. Every box is a night already planned.
Go out. WinePop House, where wine meets culture: a wine bar with curated flights and by-the-glass pours, the popcorn pairings alongside them, a beauty bar, private parties and workshops, and a retail shelf of our own products and gifts. We are running the tasting as pop-ups in San Antonio while we build toward a room of our own.
Gift it. The whole thing was designed to be handed to someone. Holiday, housewarming, anniversary, celebration and corporate sets are next.
