You do not need a limo and a six-winery itinerary to give her a good night. WinePop is a guided tasting built on one very good idea: popcorn is the most underrated thing you can put next to a glass of wine. Salt against acid, butter against oak, sweet against bubbles.
We bring the whole thing to your Airbnb, your living room, or a pop-up venue. Everyone sits down, and for the next hour and a half somebody else is running the night.
Five pairings, sparkling through dessert. A small-batch popcorn made for each style of wine, poured in order: sparkling, white, rosé, red, dessert. Sea Salt against Brut. Wildflower Crush, which is vanilla-sugar butter and dried edible petals, against a Provence rosé. Chocolate Drizzle against a Brachetto d'Acqui.
Someone hosts it. We walk the group through why each pairing works, so it plays like a tasting rather than a bowl of snacks on a counter.
About ninety minutes, which is long enough to feel like an event and short enough to be the thing you do before dinner.
Built for groups of roughly eight to twenty. Smaller works. Larger we will talk about.
The day before. A tasting is a gentler opening night than a bar crawl, and everybody is still functional in the morning.
The bridal shower. Works in a living room, in daylight, with mixed generations in the room.
Favors and welcome bags. Popcorn and a pairing card, one per guest, so people leave with the thing they just tasted.
Guests who are not drinking. Every pairing has a zero-proof match built in, so nobody is handed a glass of water and left out of the tasting.

WinePop does not sell or ship wine; all wine is poured by licensed partners. WinePop House is in development, so tastings currently run as pop-ups and private events.
